	Education and Experience Required	• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering. Master’s degree strongly preferred. • 5+ years experience in the design of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures. • Licensed professional engineer or structural engineer, preferred. • Ability to manage projects and staff to meet project schedules and deliverables. • Strong technical and communication skills, with a desire to grow and contribute in a professional environment. • Proficient with engineering software: RAM, Revit, Autocad, Excel, ETABS, etc.
