This person will report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional structural engineering background and design experience in structural systems, including, but not limited to, design of steel, reinforced concrete, beams, trusses, foundations, and construction practices. Assignments may involve serving as Project Manager and/or Project Engineer on a variety of complex engineering projects; providing engineering support for projects; developing cost estimates and schedules for projects. The candidate must be computer-aided engineering literate; working knowledge of Microstation and AutoCAD is required. The Senior Structural Engineer will also actively participate in business development and developing the structural department. Candidate must have a valid Illinois SE license.
