· Minimum of 5 years in Structural Design and Project Management

· Willingness and ability to travel throughout the United States (occasionally Canada)

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with clients

· Competent in AutoCAD 2010 or higher and RISA

· Familiarity with land surveying

· Lead and Direct engineering projects on technical matters within the Power Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy, Wireless Telecommunications, and Commercial Site Development sectors.

· Interface with clients on a regular basis to include conference calls, project meetings, and one-on-one communication. 

· Travel to include visits to project sites, client meetings, and trade shows

· Support Business Development in the development of proposals, estimation of man-hours, and sourcing of vendor proposals.
