Michelle has more than 22 years
experience practicing in construction and
mechanics’ lien law, contract law and
litigation.
She represents contractors,
subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals
and owners in numerous construction related
matters.
She also acts as general counsel to
companies regarding other legal needs.
Michelle prepares and negotiates
construction and design professional agreements,
joint venture and teaming and other commercial
agreements. She assists clients in regulatory
issues including Federal Contracting and
procurement, MBE/DBE/WBE and 8(a),
certifications and appeals, building code
